At Penmark Lab, we strive for 100% client satisfaction on all website design and development services.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking and prior to the commencement of design staging, you are eligible for a 100% refund (less any gateway payment processing fee charged by Razorpay).
We build your site on a staging link and offer up to 2 full rounds of revisions. If, after initial mockup delivery, you are not satisfied with the creative direction, you may request a project cancellation and forfeit only the 50% deposit for work performed.
Once final sign-off is provided and source files/admin credentials have been transferred to your live domain, payments are strictly non-refundable. However, we provide 15 days of free bug-fixing and support on all packages.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days as per standard banking protocol.
