Penmark Lab provides professional website design, custom implementation, e-commerce development, and web optimization services according to the specific package purchased (e.g. Starter Launch, Business Growth, or E-Commerce Pro).
The client agrees to provide required project content (logos, text, images, product data) in a timely manner. Delivery timelines commence once initial requirements and initial payment have been received.
Upon receipt of 100% full payment, all custom design deliverables and website source files created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana.
